Veg-Thukpa

Veg Thukpa is a traditional and hearty Tibetan noodle soup made with a rich vegetable broth, noodles, and a variety of fresh vegetables like cabbage, carrots, and spinach, seasoned with aromatic spices. “Thukpa” translates to “noodle soup” in Tibetan, with “thuk” meaning noodle and “pa” meaning soup.
